- Customers can place orders easily at their convenience. As order is built, a shopping cart is created for customer. Customer can add/delete/modify items in shopping cart. When completed, order is automatically totaled, calculated with any shipping or other fees.
- Ease of checking status of orders, tracking orders and run reports on sales.
- With creation of a Master Store for all items that orderable by all customers.

- Ability to change pricing and enter product item numbers, descriptions and product images, click to view enlarged images and printable documents.
- After setting up custom customer stores, (sub sets of Master Store) with one click, ability to select the items from the Master Store that should display in each custom customer store.
- Customers placing orders will be able to enter their own contact information (ship to address, etc..) on the order.
- Once client submits an order online, an order confirmation screen will display which which is client updatable. Also, an email order alert can be set up to automatically set up and modified by client. If desired, client can designate a different staff member(s) as the order alert recipient(s) for each store. The order can be attached to the email if desired, and/or retrievable from a secure server.
- Terms and Shipping that are unique to each client store can be generated and enforced.
- Online secure credit card and check payment processing can be easily integrated into ordering system.
- Item quantities can be set up in inventory with an infinite number of product substitutions.
- Separate low limit quantity and substitution quantity can be specified with separate email alerts.
